How does an implementation project in Upline work?

We choose a project leader who is going to discuss the objectives of your project with you. Afterwards we immediately start the implementation. In general, implemantation projects have 3 stages focusing on Upline infrastructure, compensation plan and web.

Is it possible to migrate to Upline from a different system?

Yes. We are very experienced in this area. There are many options for migration across systems, depending your current system and database.

Do you know that you can access your project via your project management system? You will find help here and will be able to communicate with our support staff.

The item "help" in Upline's main menu offers an index search as well as direct access to the Upline manual. And of course our support will gladly reply to your questions.

Which browsers are supported?

All standard browsers - in general versions from 2007 onwards

Which languages can my employees use to work in Upline? Can users pick their language of choice?

A.

You can work in any language. If we do not have a certain language version available, this version can be developed for you. The web areas will be available in the languages you want to offer. The user selects the language manually.

It is also possible to use alphabets other than the Latin alphabet and languages written from right to left.

Can I run an online shop in Upline?

Of course you can. And not only one, but an arbitrary number of shops. Ideally one for each of your distribution partners.

Is mobile access to Upline provided?

A.

Yes, the websites and webshops in Upline have been optimized for mobile use. The responsive design the adapts to the used end device. Whereever internet access is available to you outside your office, you will be able to access Upline via Upline Client.

Is there a Mac OS version of Upline Client?

Currently we are not planning a Mac OS version of Upline Client. However, Upline Client can be used on Apple devices through a Windows emulation.

Is Microsoft Office integrated in Upline?

A.

Many areas of the Partner Backoffice offer optional exports into Microsoft Excel. List export into Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel is a standard feature in Upline Client. An ODBC driver is also available.

Does Upline have multi-client capability?

A.

Yes, Upline works with separate branches.

Are there user groups in Upline?

A.

Upline user management offers different user groups with different 'user roles' which can be adapted as needed. Users are generally assigned to user groups.
